Who processes your data

What data we receive

From the request form: your name, what you do, a link to your website or social profile, your answer to “Where you are based” and your estimate from the builder. With it come the page language and address, UTM tags, the ad tags gclid, fbclid and yclid, and the site you came from. When you write on Telegram or WhatsApp, the manager sees your messenger account details: display name, username and phone number when it is open. To pick the page language the site reads your device language and time zone, and your country through Cloudflare. It keeps no IP address and collects no payment details.

How your request reaches us

The request text is put together inside your browser and copied to your clipboard. The chat link opens with no parameters and no anchor, so the request text reaches neither the address bar nor your browser history: it comes to us only once you paste it into a message and press Send. At ARCAST the request lives in the Telegram or WhatsApp conversation, and we move it into no CRM.

Why we use your data

To answer your request, arrange a call and draw up a contract at your request, to show the site in your chosen language and to see which parts of the page people read.

Legal basis

The consent you give in the request form, and the steps needed to prepare a contract for you. Processing falls under UAE Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021 on personal data protection. Visitors from Russia are covered by Russian law 152-FZ, so the consent itself is a separate document, linked from the form and the footer in both versions.

Cookies we set

The site keeps your chosen language in the arcast_lang cookie for 365 days and in browser storage, your cookie banner answer in the arcast_consent cookie for 180 days, and the referring site, the landing page address and its ad tags until the session ends. The page needs those to work, so they are stored straight away.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel start once you press Accept in the cookie banner: they set their own cookies and collect visit data under their own terms. Essential only leaves them switched off. On the Russian pages Yandex Metrica works the same way, with visitor session recording turned off. Video previews open through youtube-nocookie.com, and YouTube writes data to your browser once you press play.

Who receives your data

An ARCAST manager and your channel producer see the request and the conversation around it. The message travels through Telegram or WhatsApp and is handled under their terms. Technical visit data goes to our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Google and Meta, and to Yandex on the Russian version. Meta Pixel receives a lead event and a messenger event: neither carries your name, your contacts or the request text, and Meta uses them for advertising. We sell no request data. Some of these services sit outside the UAE, so data travels across borders.

How long we keep it

We keep request conversations for 12 months from your last message when no contract follows, and delete them sooner if you ask. Once a contract is signed, the contract and accounting law set the term.

Your rights and requests

You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, object to processing for advertising and withdraw consent. Email admin@arcast.studio, subject line “Personal data”, and we answer within 30 days. Complaints go to the UAE Data Office, and to Roskomnadzor for visitors from Russia.

Age of visitors

The ARCAST site and services are meant for people over 18. We collect no data from minors on purpose.

Automated processing

People read every request. We run no automated processing that affects your rights.

Each new version appears on this page with the date at the top.
