Consent to personal data processing

By ticking the consent box in the request form on www.arcast.studio you allow Arcast Studio FZ-LLC to process your personal data on the terms below. The consent is given under UAE Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021 on the protection of personal data. What data this covers
The name you give us, your line of work, the website or social profile you link to, the option you pick under “Where you are based”, the estimate you built in the price builder. Your Telegram or WhatsApp account details: the name shown in the messenger, the handle, and the phone number if your account shows it. The page address and language, the ad tags in your link and the referring site.
What we do with it
Collecting, recording, organising, storing, updating, using, passing on to the services listed in section 4, anonymising, blocking, deleting and destroying the data. We make no automated decisions about you: a person reads every request.
Why we ask for it
To reply to you, settle a time for the call and prepare a contract if you want one.
Who receives the data
Telegram and WhatsApp as the messengers we reply through, Cloudflare and our hosting provider as the technical platform, and, once you accept cookies in the banner, the Google and Meta counters that run on the English pages. These services work outside the UAE, so your data travels across borders.
How long it lasts
The consent stays valid for 12 months counted from your last message, unless a contract with ARCAST is signed earlier.
How to withdraw it
Email the withdrawal to admin@arcast.studio with “Consent withdrawal” in the subject line. We delete the conversation within 30 days, apart from records the law obliges us to hold.
